Helmet Fundraiser

The Saint Johns County Crusaders are a newly formed youth tackle football organization. We are working to build an elite football team for each age group from 6U up to 14U. This fundraiser is specifically meant to fund our purchase of brand-new helmets. Depending on vendor lead time, they will be either Riddell SpeedFlex or Schutt F-7s or a combination of both.

Over the last 12 months, we have been busy incorporating ourselves as a standalone entity, getting our volunteer infrastructure in place, and our confirmed 501c3 non-profit status. The Crusaders are formed by several of the most prominent organizations in our county. The Creeks Outlaws, Villages Toros and West Augustine Yellow Jackets have come together to take our talents to the Statewide 8v8 Tournament. We are working with other local teams to join us!

Sponsorships and donations help us budget for many expenses throughout the year, including:

  • Purchasing equipment and uniforms
  • Field and Facility maintenance
  • Helping to keep sports affordable for families and providing opportunities to lower-income families
  • Assuming we meet our fundraising goals, funding a $5,000 annual college scholarship for one graduating senior per year that played with the Crusaders when they were younger.

Depending on your level of sponsorship:

  • Your business name, logo and website URL on our homepage and dedicated sponsorship page
  • Our monthly "thank you" post is included on all social media platforms.
  • We will tag your business profile along with uploading your logo
  • Thank You Certificate for you to display at your business for showing support
  • Your logo will be added to our team banner, which will hang at all events for the next calendar year
  • Your name and logo will be added to next season's team t-shirts
  • Plaque with team photo and thank you card from our team
